Preface

 

Purpose

 

The primary purpose of this manual is to specify the format and the content of the Annual Report of a Public Higher Education Institution to the Minister as prescribed by the Minister in the Regulations for Annual Reporting by Higher Education Institutions in terms of section 41 of the Higher Education Act, 1997 (Act No. 101 of 1997), as amended.
