The certification contemplated in regulation 19 above shall relate to structural integrity of the homes in relation to:
| (a) | compliance with any conditions required by NHBRC in terms of the preliminary, first and second phases of the geo-technical survey; and |
| (b) | the NHBRC technical requirements. |
