Housing Development Agency Act, 2008 (Act No. 23 of 2008)29. Additional functions |
| 1) | The Minister may, in consultation with the Board, authorise the Agency to perform any additional function not inconsistent with this Act. |
| 2) | The authorisation contemplated in subsection (1) must be in writing, detailing the funding arrangements as well as the terms and conditions relating to the additional function. |
