I, Ms N N Mapisa-Nqakula, MP, Minister of Home Affairs have, in terms of section 19(1) of the Immigration Act, 2002 (Act No. 13 of 2002), and after consultation with the Minister of Labour and the Minister of Trade and Industry, determined the quotas for specific professional categories or specific occupational classes in the Schedule.
