I, Dr L.A Schreiber, MP, Minister of Home Affairs, hereby, withdraw, with effect from date of publication hereof, the Notice relating to the points-based system, published on the 9th of October 2024, under Proclamation No. R5397 in the Government Gazette No. 51365.

The revised points-based system, to be made in terms of section 19 of the Immigration Act, 2002 (Act No. 13 of 2002), read with regulation 18(12) and (13) of the Immigration Regulations, 2014, is published concurrently to correct a typing error.
