PROCLAMATION
by the
President of the Republic of South Africa
In terms of section 23 of the Infrastructure Development Act, 2014 (Act No. 23 of 2014), I hereby determine that the Act shall come into operation on the date of publication of this proclamation.
Given under my Hand and the Seal of the Republic of South Africa at Pretoria, this 29th day of June Two Thousand and Fourteen.
