| (1) | Subject to subsection (2), the Arbitration Act, 1965 (Act No. 42 of 1965), is not applicable to an arbitration agreement, arbitral award or reference to arbitration covered by this Act. |
| (2) | Section 2 of the Arbitration Act, 1965, applies for purposes of Chapter 3 of this Act. |
