5.1 | Prohibited Employment |
(1) | No employer shall require or permit any employee under the age of 15 years to work in an establishment. |
(2) | An employee engaged on an operation or on conditions which are prohibited in terms of subclause (1) or any provision of this Agreement, shall nonetheless be entitled to receive the remuneration he would have been entitled to had such prohibition not existed. |
5.2 | Contract Labour |
Employees who have attained 12 months of continuous employment with the same employer shall be deemed to be permanently employed. This provision shall be applicable to contracts of employment entered into on or after 1 July 2010.
