8. Organisational rights

8.1. Deduction of trade union subscriptions

 

(1) An employee who is a member of a trade union party to the Council may give an employer authorisation in writing to deduct the amount of the trade union subscription from his wages.

 

(2) The employer will, as soon as possible after receiving such permission, start deducting the trade union subscription and pay the amount so deducted to the relevant trade union by the 7th of each month.
