(1)	Deductions of Sick Fund contributions may be authorized only by the affected employee in writing.

(2)	Every employer shall deduct an amount equal to an amount as set by the fund from time to time of the normal working day wage of an employee who is a member of the fund and for whom wages are prescribed in clause 9 of this Agreement.

(3)	Each month the Council shall pay over to the Western Province Building and Allied Trades" Sick Fund all moneys so collected by the employers in terms of paragraph (2).
