Clause 32 - Public holidays

 

(1) All public holidays as specified in the Public Holidays Act, No. 36 of 1994, or as further declared by the President of the Republic of South Africa by publication in the Government gazette, shall be paid public holidays in terms of this agreement, refer to Annexure E of this agreement;

 

(2) Whenever a public holiday, as referred to in sub -clause (1), falls on a Sunday the following Monday shall be a public holiday, in terms of section 2(1) of the Public Holidays Act, No. 36 of 1994.
