I, Johannes Theodorus Crouse, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby, as required by section 109 (2) of the Act, give notice that I have in terms of section 106(2A) cancelled the registration of National Consultative Union of South Africa (NCUSA) (LR2/6/2/1001) with effect from 16 January 2008.

Any person who is aggrieved by the decision regarding the cancellation of the registration of the trade union may lodge an appeal with the Labour Court against the decision in terms of section 111 of the Act.
