Every employer shall take out an insurance policy with a registered insurance company insuring tools, which are the private property of his journeyman, apprentice and machinist employees, against damage or destruction on the employer’s premises by fire. The maximum cover under this clause for insurance of tools shall be R2,500.00 per employee referred to above.
