(1) | For the purpose of meeting the expenses of the Council, every employer shall deduct an amount specified as Council levies in Annexure "H", "I", "J", "K" or "L" per month from the earnings of each of his/her employees for whom salaries are prescribed in clause 5. |
(2) | In addition to the above, all employers and rent a chair or self employed individual shall pay a fee as prescribed in Annexure "M" per month for each and every establishment that they have. |
(3) | The amounts referred to in subclause (1) and (2) above shall be remitted to the Secretary of the Council, Suite No:1, 3rd Floor, 1145 Burnetta Centre, Crn Burnett & Grosvenor Street, Hatfield 0083, or to P. 0 Box 12265, Hatfield, 0028, not later than the seventh day of each and every month, in the form of Annexure A to this Agreement, as required by the Bargaining Council. |
(4) | All dues and penalties payable by employers and employees to their respective bodies shall be collected by the Bargaining Council and shall be paid over to the respective organizations within 30 days of receipt. |
(5) | Any increase in the expenses of the Council as prescribed in subclause (1) and (2) of this clause, may be negotiated annually between the parties to this Agreement. |
