(1)	This Agreement shall come into operation in respect of the parties on the 1st of January 2013 and in respect of the non-parties on such a date as the Minster of Labour extends the agreement to non-parties and shall remain in force for the period ending 31 December 2016.

(2)	Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 2 (1) above, parties may negotiate and agree to amend the agreement annually; such amendments(s) shall form part of the Main Collective Agreement.
