Chapter 7 - General

7.1 Exemptions

7.1.1

Any person bound by this agreement may apply to the Council's Independent Exemptions Committee for an exemption from any provision of this agreement in the manner provided for in the Exemptions Collective Agreement.

7.1.2

Any person may lodge an appeal against the decision of the Independent Exemptions Committee to the Independent Appeal Board in the manner provided for in the Exemptions Collective Agreement.
