5.1 Annual Leave and Accrued Leave Pay

(8) Outstanding leave on termination of services

Purchase

(a)

On the termination of the services of an employee who has qualified for annual leave in terms of sub-clause (2) of this clause, but who has not been granted or has not taken his leave at the date of such termination, an amount of leave pay calculated in accordance with the provisions of sub-clause (9) of this clause and a holiday bonus in accordance with the provisions of Clause 6.1 of this Division shall be paid by his employer.

(b)	In the case of all employees the accrued leave pay referred to in sub-clause (9) of this clause shall be paid direct to the employee on termination of service.
