I, THEMBELANI WALTERMADE NXESI, Minister of Employment and Labour, hereby in terms of section 32(7) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, cancel Government Notices No. R. 222 and R. 223 of 28 February 2020 as well as R.3025 of 10 February 2023 from the second Monday after the date of publication of the new Collective Bargaining Levy Agreement.
