An across-the-board increase on the hourly rate of all Employees, for the term of the Agreement, will apply as follows:
| 3. 1. | The base rate of pay for the purpose of this clause will be the hourly rate payable to Employees immediately preceding the commencement date of this Agreement. |
| 3.2. | An across-the-board increase of 5% on the base rate of pay will become due from the 1 April 2024 for parties and on a date determined by the Minister for non-parties, until 31 March 2025. |
| 3.3. | An across-the-board increase of 6.5% on the base rate of pay as at the 31 March 2025 will become due from 1 April 2025 until the 31 March 2026 or until replaced by a subsequent agreement and shall be applicable to all Eligible Employees and their Employers. |
