2.5. Interpretation and application disputes

2.5.1

Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this agreement will be resolved by way of conciliation and arbitration.

2.5.2

Any dispute concerning the interpretation and application of any other of the Council's collective agreements will be resolved by way of conciliation and arbitration.

2.5.3

The Rules for the Conduct of Dispute Resolution Proceedings in Annexure A to this agreement apply.
