1.	on any amount that a person is obliged to pay in terms of any clause of this Agreement accrues from the date on which the amount was due and payable at the rate prescribed in the Prescribed Rate of Interest Act, 1975 (Act No. 55 of 1975).

2.	The employer is liable for any legal costs incurred by the Council for recovery of the outstanding amounts due.
