Extract from the minutes of the meeting of the BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the SARPBAC RETIREMENT FUND (PROVIDENT) held at Bellville on 12 December 2012.
Resolved that the enclosed RULES be adopted with effect from 1 January 2013 and that the FUND be operated in terms of these RULES.
Confirmed that the FUND is applying to be exempted from the requirements of sections 9A and 16 of the Pension Funds Act, 1956 (the ACT).
Certified that the enclosed RULES were adopted in accordance with the provisions of these RULES.
