(1) | Contributions and levies to the Council will be calculated on weekly earnings, which will be determined by using the prescribed hourly rate of an employee multiplied by 42. |
(2) | The provisions of subclauses (1) and (2) of clause 5, Council Funds, of the Administration Expenses Collective Agreement, published under Government Notice R.1320 of 6 November 1998, and re-enacted under Government Notice R.430 of 12 May 2006, will be observed by all employers and employees engaged in the tanning section of the leather industry on operations set forth in paragraphs (2) and (9) of the definition "Leather Industry" of the said Agreement. In terms of clause 5(1) of the said Agreement, the levy payable is calculated at 0.45% of the employee’s weekly wage rate. |
