| (1) | Deductions of Sick Fund contributions may be authorized only by the affected employee in writing. |
| (2) | Every employer shall deduct an amount equal to an amount as set by the fund from time to time of the normal working day wage of an employee who is a member of the fund and for whom wages are prescribed in clause 9 of this Agreement. |
| (3) | Each month the Council shall pay over to the Western Province Building and Allied Trades" Sick Fund all moneys so collected by the employers in terms of paragraph (2). |
