| (1) | The Rules published under Government Notice No R 1448 in Government Gazette 25515 dated 10 October 2003, as amended, are hereby repealed with immediate effect. |
| (2) | Anything done under a provision of the Rules repealed by sub-rule (1) which could have been done under a provision of these Rules, shall be regarded as having been done under the provisions of these Rules. |
