(c)

Subject to the provisions of subclause (2) of this clause dealing with the setting bonus, the minimum wage for the period 1 September 2012 to 31 August 2013, that an employer shall pay to each of his employees of the under-mentioned classes shall be as set out hereunder in Part A and B of the Schedule and no employee shall accept a wage lower than that specified for his class.
