32.1	Every employer shall in respect of each place where he conducts business, keep available for inspection, an up-to-date record of the earnings paid to and the time worked by each of its employee to which this agreement applies. All entries shall be of a permanent nature and non-erasable.

32.2	Every employer shall retain the completed record referred to in clause 33.1 for a period of three years subsequent to the date of the last entry in it.

32.3	Every employer shall upon the commencement of employment of every employee, enter the following into the record referred to in clause 33.1—

32.3.1

the full first names, surname and identity number of the employee;

32.3.2

the class of his/her employment; and

32.3.3

the date of commencement of his/her employment.
