| (1) | Every employer to whom this Agreement is binding must— |
| (a) | keep a copy of the Collective Agreement affixed in a conspicuous place where it is readily accessible to all the employees at all times. |
| (b) | an employer may charge an employee who requests a copy of the Collective Agreement fee of no more than R0.50 for each page copied, unless the employee is a trade union representative or a member of a workplace forum in which case the employer is to provide the first copy of the Collective Agreement free of charge. |
