The Council shall request the Minister to appoint one or more specified person(s) as Designated Agent(s) to assist in the administration of the Agreement. It shall be the duty of every employer and every employee to permit such persons to enter such premises, institute and complete such inquiries, and examine such books, documents, wage sheets and pay tickets and to perform all such acts as may be necessary for ascertaining whether the conditions of the Agreement are being observed and complied with, and no person shall make a false statement to such Designated Agent during the course of his investigation.
