11.1	Unless otherwise provided for in this clause, the chairperson of the Committee must determine the date and time for Committee meetings, in consultation with the Council provided that the provisions of clause 22(1)(c) of the Plastics Industry Main Collective Agreement will be observed.

11.2	The Committee must meet—

11.2.1

at least once a month, unless there are no applications to be considered; or

11.2.2

when requested to do so by the Council, on the basis of the urgency of an application

11.3	If a meeting of the Committee does not finalise an application, the meeting may be postponed to a date and time agreed by the members of the Committee.
