| (1) | If a party to any proceedings has been incorrectly or defectively cited, the Council or a commissioner may of its own accord or by consent of the parties or on application and on notice to the parties concerned correct the error or defect. |
| (2) | An application to have a citation corrected must be made in accordance with Rule 35. |
