| (1) | The terms of this agreement as further extended, renewed and amended from time to time, replaces all previous agreements and shall be observed in the registered scope and sector of the Restaurant, Catering and Allied Trades as set out in Annexure "A, attached to this agreement— |
| (a) | By all employers who are members of the employers' organisation and their employees and by all employees who are members of the trade unions |
| (2) | The terms of this Agreement shall not apply to non-parties in respect of clauses 1, 1(a), and 3 of this agreement. |
