Other than where individual contracts of employment provide for a longer notice period, the Employer, or the Employee, other than a casual Employee, who desires to terminate the contract of employment, shall give:
| 34.1 | during the first four weeks of employment, not less than one workday's notice of termination of contract, |
| 34.2 | after the first four weeks of employment, not less than one week's notice of termination of contract. |
