16. Hours of Work

16.1.

The employer may not require or permit an employee to work in excess of a maximum of fourteen (14) hours per day.

16.2.

The employer may not require or permit an employee to work more than five (5) hours continuously without a rest interval of at least thirty (30) minutes.
