Collective Agreement

in accordance with the provisions of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, made and entered into by and between the—

Northern Cape Master Builders" and Allied Trades Association

(hereinafter referred to as "employers" or the "employeers" organisation") of the one part, and the

Amalgamated Union of Building Trade Workers of South Africa

(hereinafter refer to as the "employees" or "trade union") on the other part being parties to the Bargaining Council for the Building Industry, Kimberley to amend the Agreement published under Government Notice No. R.957 of 7 August 1998, as further amended, extended and renewed by Government Notices Nos R. 745 of 11 June 1999, R. 1365 of 15 December 2000, R. 1018 of 18 July 2003, R.1049 of 25 July 2003, R. 865 of 23 July 2204, R. 906 and R. 907 of 29 August 2008, R. 9 of 22 January 2010, R. 592 of 22 July 2011, R. 710 of 9 September 2011 and R. 984 van 2 December 2011.
