NATIONAL BARGAINING COUNCIL OF THE LEATHER INDUSTRY OF SOUTH AFRICA
FOOTWEAR SECTION COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
in accordance with the provisions of thour Relations Act, No.66 of 1995, made and entered into by and between the
Southern African Footwear and Leather Industries Association (SAFLIA)
(hereinafter referred to as the "employers" or the "employers' organisation"), of the one part, and the
National Union of Leather and Allied Workers (NULAW)
and
Southern African Clothing & Textile Workers' Union
(hereinafter referred to as the “employees” or the “trade unions”), of the other part,
being parties to the National Bargaining Council of the Leather Industry of South Africa, to renew and amend the Agreement published under Government Notice No R.906 of 16 September 2005, R.849 of 25 August 2006, R.63 of 2 February 2007, R.512 of 22 June 2007, R.1070 of 16 November 2007, R.1175 of 7 November 2008, R.479 of 8 May 2009, R.1152 of 14 December 2009, R1188 of 17 December 2010 and R.522 of 24 June 2011.
