Land Survey Act, 1997 (Act No. 8 of 1997)17. No approval of diagram of portion of unsurveyed land |
No diagram of any portion of an unsurveyed piece of land registered in a deeds registry shall be approved by the Surveyor-General unless a survey has been made of the whole of that piece of land and a new title deed has been registered or the old title deed has been endorsed on the basis of that survey.
