No person who is or was concerned with the performance of any function in terms of this Act, may disclose any information which he or she obtained in the performance of that function, except—
(b) |
to any person who of necessity requires it for the performance of a function in terms of this Act; |
(c) |
if he or she of necessity has to supply it in the performance of any of his or her functions in terms of this Act; |
(d) |
if such information is required in terms of any law or as required by a court of law; or |
(e) |
to any competent authority which requires the information for the institution, or an investigation with a view to the institution, of any criminal prosecution. |
