Where it is necessary for a rail vehicle scale test unit to be hauled by Transnet for the purpose of conducting a verification or a type approval test, charges shall be in accordance with the charges levied upon the NRCS by Transnet for the full period that the equipment is in the possession of the user or submitter of the instrument.
