Any attorney who is in terms of section 84(1) required to be in possession of a Fidelity Fund certificate and who, at the date referred to in section 120(4), is not in possession of such a certificate issued in terms of any law repealed by this Act, must, within 60 days after the said date, apply for such a certificate.
