THE SOUTH AFRICAN LEGAL PRACTICE COUNCIL
The South African Legal Practice Council (“the Council”) hereby issues a notice in terms of sections 95(1)(a) of the Legal Practice Act, 28 of 2014 (as amended) to increase the annual fees payable by all legal practitioners in line with Rule 4 of the Legal Practice Council Rules.
Effective from the date of publication of this notice, the annual fees payable by all legal practitioners will be as reflected in Schedule 1 herein below inclusive of Value Added Tax.
