That portion of land situated within the following boundaries:

Start at a point where the eastern boundary of quartanary catchment area J35A intersects the south-western boundary of Vergeleegen 52/4; thence generally west with the south-western boundary of said Vergeleegen 52/4 and Vergeleegen 54/2 to the south-eastern beacon of farm 85/3; thence further generally west with the southern boundaries of said farm 85/3 and Remainder 248; the south-eastern boundaries of farms 88/14, 88/12, 88/11, 88/10, 88/9, 88/8, 88/7, 88/6 and 88/5; the south-western boundaries of farms 88/23 and 88/24 to the south-western beacon thereof; thence generally north with the western boundaries of said farm 88/24, farms 88/26, 88/27 and 88/14 to a point where the western boundary of quartanary catchment area J35A intersects last-mentioned farm boundary; thence generally north, generally east and generally south with the western, northern and eastern boundaries of said quartanary catchment area J35A to a point where the eastern boundary of said quartanary catchment area J35A intersects the south-western boundary of Vergeleegen 52/4, the point of beginning mentioned above.
