Purchase

(1)	A noble late harvest wine shall—

(a)	also be a wine of origin;

(b)	comply with the requirements for a noble late harvest wine as set out in the regulations made under the Act;

(c)	comply with the quality requirements determined by the Authority for a noble late harvest wine; and

(d)	not reveal any unacceptable quality characteristics.
