Only the following substances may be added to the specific alcoholic beverage, either before, during or after the production or manufacture thereof:

Yeasts and harmless yeast nutrients; |
| (b) |
tartaric acid, citric acid and malic acid; |
| (e) |
sulphur dioxide, potassium meta bisulphite and sodium meta bisulphite; |
| (g) |
gelatine, tannin, agar-agar, bentonite, filtering asbestos, casein, egg albumen and activated clay; |
| (i) |
calcium carbonate, sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate; |
| (I) |
citrates or malates of calcium, sodium or potassium; |
| (m) |
anion exchange resins and cation exchange resins. |
