I, Jacob de Villiers, Minister of Agriculture, acting under section 10(1)(b) of the Liquor Products Act, 1989 (Act No. 60 of 1989)—

(a)	hereby grant the authorisation specified in the Schedule; and

(b)	hereby repeal Government Notices Nos. R. 235 of 6 February 1987, R. 1230 of 24 June 1988, R. 1277 of 16 June 1989 and R. 2839 of 22 December 1989.
