The "repeal notice" published on 15 June 2023 under Government Gazette no. 3542 in the Government Gazette no. 48790 is hereby corrected and replaced with the following:

"Amendments to Regulations in terms of Section 27 of the Liquor Products Act, 1989 (Act No. 60 of 1989) as published on 8 and 15 of July 2022 in GNRs. 2247, 2276, 2277, 2278 and 2279 in the Government Gazette Notice 46681 and 47015, respectively is hereby repealed"

I, Angela Thokozile Didiza, Minister of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development acting under section 27 read with sections 11 and 14 of the Liquor Products Act, 1989 (Act No 60 of 1989) hereby repeal amendments to Regulations in their entirety as promulgated on 8 July 2022 under GNR 2247 in the Government Gazette number 46681 including amendments promulgated on 15 July 2022 under GNRs. 2276, 2277, 2278 and 2279 in the Government Gazette number 47015.

The repeal of the amendments concerned shall come into operation on publication in the Government Gazette.
