| (1) | The prescribed record of the proceedings at a maintenance enquiry shall be kept and shall be accessible to such persons on such conditions as to payment of fees or otherwise as may be prescribed. |
| (2) | All fees shall be prescribed in consultation with the Minister of Finance. |
