31. Dispatch areas

 

 

Dispatch areas must be equipped for -

a) quartering, marshalling and loading of carcasses;
b) collection and transport, avoiding cross or contra flow, of used roller-hooks to the sanitation facility; and
c) sterilisation of saws and other cutting utensils.
