in relation to a quantity standard for determining throughput for red meat, means-
| i) | one cow, ox or bull or two calves; |
| ii) | one horse; |
| iii) | six sheep or goats; or |
| iv) | four small pigs (porkers) or two bacon pigs or one sausage pig. |
