(1) | A member of the Council or of its staff shall not disclose any information relating to the affairs of the Council where the Council meets in committee or in those instances where the chairperson so determines, except for the purposes of the performance of his of her duties or the exercise of his or her powers in terms of this Act or any other law or when required to do so under any law before a court of law. |
(2) | No person shall, except in the performance of his or her functions or duties under this Act or when called upon to do so as a witness before a court of law, disclose any information relating to the affairs of any medical scheme and furnished to or obtained by him or her in connection with any enquiry or investigation under this Act. |
